What is paintball

Paintball is an activity. Many people think it is a sport, but in Norway it is not approved as a sport yet. It is an activity that involves marking the players on the other team with paint. When the ball of paint hits a player and bursts, it marks the other person out of the game. There are generally 3 types of paintball games: forest games, speedball games and scenario games. We have forest games and speedball games on artificial grass. The games may vary slightly in terms of rules depending on the type of game to be played. In forest games, for example, we tend to run ''last team standing'' and ''capture the flag'', while on the speedball pitch it is a variant of ''last team standing'' with time pressure when we have competitions.
